Where We Deliver
Fitty Tacticals delivers within Kenya through trusted rider and courier networks.
International shipping is not available at the moment. Customers outside Kenya may only place orders for delivery to an address within Kenya.
Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
Same-day processing applies to fully confirmed orders placed by 3:00 PM (EAT).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EAT) may be processed the next day.
We operate 7 days a week, 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM, including weekends and most holidays.
Delivery Speeds — Estimated
Nairobi & surrounding areas: Same day where possible, or next day.
Other towns in Kenya: Usually 1–2 working days depending on courier routing.
Remote or outlying areas: Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier availability.
Delivery timelines are estimates. Weather, traffic, courier delays, public holidays, or other disruptions may affect delivery. If a major delay is expected, we will contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Delivery Fees
Delivery charges depend on your location.
Nairobi delivery starts from KSh 350.
The final delivery fee is confirmed before dispatch or shown at checkout where applicable. We aim to keep delivery charges clear before your order is completed.
Tracking & Order Updates
Once your order is confirmed or dispatched, we may share delivery updates through SMS, WhatsApp, phone call, or email.
Where courier tracking is available, tracking details or rider contact information may be shared with you.
Delivery Window & Attempts
Deliveries are usually made between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Please ensure your phone is reachable and your delivery address is accurate. If the rider or courier cannot reach you, a redelivery may be arranged depending on availability.
Address Details Required
To avoid delays, customers should provide:
Full name
Working phone number
Clear delivery address
Building name, street, estate, or landmark where possible
We may not deliver to incomplete addresses, unreachable phone numbers, or unconfirmed locations.
How We Estimate Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is based on:
Order confirmation time + processing time + delivery location
Example: An order placed in Nairobi before 3:00 PM may be processed the same day and delivered the same day where possible, or the next day depending on rider availability.
