If you received a faulty, damaged, or wrong item due to our error, Fitty Tacticals may cover reasonable return delivery costs or arrange pickup where possible.

6. Inspection & Decision Time

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm its condition and the reason for return.

Inspection is usually completed within 1–2 business days after receiving the item.
