2. Products and Availability

Fitty Tacticals offers tactical clothing, outdoor wear, boots, bags, caps, gloves, face masks, camping items, and related accessories. We aim to display product details, images, prices, sizes, colors, and availability as accurately as possible.

Product availability may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you to offer an alternative, wait for restocking, or cancel the order and process a refund where payment has already been made.

3. Pricing

All prices shown on our website are in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) unless stated otherwise. We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices are accurate and updated.

In case of a pricing error, stock error, or product information mistake, Fitty Tacticals reserves the right to correct the information, cancel the affected order, or contact the customer before processing the order.

When you place an order on our website, you agree that the information provided is accurate, including your name, phone number, delivery location, and product selection.

An order is considered confirmed once we contact you, process the order, or dispatch the item. We may reject or cancel orders where information is incomplete, payment cannot be verified, the product is unavailable, or fraud is suspected.

5. Payment Methods

Fitty Tacticals accepts the following payment methods:

M-Pesa
Cash on Delivery

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is made when the product is delivered. For M-Pesa payments, customers should ensure the payment details are correct before completing the transaction.

6. Delivery Information

We offer delivery within Nairobi and other locations as may be arranged.

Delivery charges start from KSh 350, depending on the delivery location and order details. Final delivery cost and delivery arrangement may be confirmed before dispatch.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and being available to receive the order. Delays may occur due to courier schedules, weather, traffic, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns for Faulty Goods

Faulty goods can be reported within 7 days after delivery.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us as soon as possible through our phone/WhatsApp number or email. The item may be reviewed before a replacement, exchange, or refund is approved.

Returned items should be unused, clean, and in the condition received, unless the fault prevents normal use.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Where a refund is approved, it may be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method.

Delivery fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error from Fitty Tacticals or a confirmed product fault.
