Refunds Policy — Fitty Tacticals

This Refunds Policy explains when refunds are offered, how refunds are processed, and how long they may take. It should be read together with our Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, and Terms & Conditions.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

Approved returns under our Returns Policy.

Order cancellations made before dispatch.

Orders paid for but not delivered due to courier loss, failed delivery through no fault of the customer, or confirmed stock unavailability.

Faulty, damaged, or wrong items reported within 7 days of delivery and confirmed after review.

2. Refund Method

Refunds are issued through the most suitable available payment method.

For M-Pesa payments, refunds may be sent back through M-Pesa.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be sent through M-Pesa to the customer number used during checkout or another verified number provided by the customer.

Fitty Tacticals may request confirmation details before processing a refund for security and accuracy.

3. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are usually processed within 1–3 business days after inspection and approval.

Depending on the payment provider, bank, M-Pesa, or processing channel, the funds may take additional time to reflect.

We will notify you once your refund has been processed.

4. What Is Refundable

The product cost may be refundable if the return is approved.

Delivery fees may be refunded only where the return is caused by an error from Fitty Tacticals, such as sending a wrong, faulty, or damaged item.

Delivery fees are not refundable for size changes, color changes, change-of-mind returns, refused deliveries, or customer address errors.

5. Partial Refunds & Deductions

A partial refund may apply where the returned item is not in its original condition.

This may include items with missing packaging, missing accessories, signs of use, stains, odors, damaged tags, scuffed footwear, or any condition that affects resale.

Fitty Tacticals will explain any refund deductions before or during the refund process.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items may not qualify for a refund unless they are faulty or damaged:

Personalized, altered, or customized items.

Hygiene-sensitive items such as face masks, socks, innerwear, or similar products once opened or used.

Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Items damaged through misuse, poor handling, washing, alteration, or customer negligence.

7. Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched.

If the order has already been dispatched, the customer may need to follow our Returns Policy.

For refused deliveries or cancellations after dispatch, delivery costs may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

We aim to resolve refund matters fairly and professionally.

This Refunds Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Returns Policy, and Shipping Policy.
